Gerard hired Heather in June 1996 when he was merely six months into the business. Her primary focus is providing Gerard's clients world class service and processing new business. She received her Associates Degree from Patricia Steven's Business College. Heather has been a member of the Field Staff Advisory Team and has served on two Field Committees. She enjoys exercising and spending time with her family.
